Yes, we prorate your initial payment based on when you start your rental. If you rent a space in the middle or end of the month, you’ll only pay for the remaining days in that month. For example, if you rent on the 25th of a 30-day month, you’ll only pay for those 5 days initially.
All monthly storage rental fees are due on the 1st of each month. After your initial prorated payment, your regular monthly billing cycle begins on the 1st of the following month, regardless of your move-in date.

* Every customer is required to park straight in the correct designated parking space and lock the vehicle
* All responsibility for damage to property including vehicles or persons is assumed by the customer
* No heavy mechanical work done
* No oil changes or hazardous materials on the storage site
* The speed limit is 5 miles per hour
Minor maintenance or repairs are okay, but no oil changes or repairs that use chemicals, oils, solvents, or any liquids for repairs. Be respectful of others and the facility.
No hazardous cargo, no illegal contraband, and no illegal activity associated with your trailer or cargo.
It is recommended not to store personal belongings or equipment in your stored vehicles.
We work with every customer as best we can as long as you communicate your circumstances with us. However, we are a for-profit business, so any vehicle that is abandoned and past due will need to be removed and towed away.
